These are the terms every promoter, affiliate and partner agrees to before carrying a Bullpen link — whether you found us directly or through an affiliate network. They are short on purpose. Most of it is ordinary; one rule is absolute, and it is the first one. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you publish.
Never publish, hint at, paraphrase or link to the answer to any Bullpen competition's skill question. Not in a post, not in a comment, not in a private message to your audience, not in a "helpful" aside.
Our competitions are lawful because the skill question genuinely excludes people who answer wrongly. Publishing answers does not merely break a rule of ours — it attacks the legal basis the whole site stands on, and it makes the competition unfair to every honest entrant.
Breach ends the partnership immediately, forfeits all pending commission, and we will ask the network to do the same. There is no warning and no appeal.
“New customer” means a new sign-up. Someone who creates their Bullpen account after you send them. An account that already existed before this programme started does not qualify, even if they had never ordered before.
Commission is calculated on card payment actually received — not on order value. Site credit, wallet balance, coupons and free entries earn nothing, because no money arrived. There is no minimum, but there does have to be card payment: an order covered entirely by credit or a voucher earns nothing and qualifies nobody.
Existing Bullpen customers earn 0%. We pay for people you bring us, not for people we already had who happened to arrive through your link.
So a commission earned in January is paid in April. The wait exists because card disputes and chargebacks can arrive up to 120 days after a purchase, and we would rather hold a payment than claw one back. It is the standard across the sector and we would rather state it plainly than surprise you with it.
A commission is reversed if the order is refunded or charged back, or if the account turns out to breach these terms. Reversed commission is never paid.

We review what promoters publish, and we look at the quality of the players sent, not just the count — whether they place a second order, and how they compare with people who find us on their own. A partner whose referrals never come back is sending traffic that was never really interested, and we will ask about it before we act.
Where something is wrong we will normally raise it and give you a chance to fix it. For the skill-answer rule, and for deliberate fraud, we will not. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commission on any order we can show was obtained in breach of these terms, and to end a partnership at any time.
We are a signatory to the DCMS Voluntary Code of Conduct for prize draws and competitions, which makes us responsible for how our promoters behave. That is why these terms exist and why we enforce them. Our player-facing measures are on the Responsible Play page.
