1.The Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is Matthew Wilkin (Sole Trader) Trading as Bullpen Competitions, whose registered office is Bullpen Competitions, Tower Court, Oakdale Road, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4XL.

3. Competition Entry
3.1 To enter the competition, you must:
Go to the https://www.bullpencompetitions.com and select the competition you want to enter.
Choose your answer to the mandatory skill-based competition question.
Choose the desired number of entries.
Add to your cart.
Complete the checkout process and complete the online entry form.
Complete the payment process, at this time you will receive order confirmation.
A free entry option is available (3.8) of which the promoter will confirm to you any successful free entries including allocated ticket number(s).
3.2 All entries to competitions must be received no later than the specified closing date for the applicable competition. Any entries received after the competition closing date will be subject to disqualification without a refund.
3.3
(a) Competitions will run until as stated on https://www.bullpencompetitions.com. Each competition has its own specific closing date. Any dates or times mentioned on https://www.bullpencompetitions.com will always be in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
(b) Competitions may sell out before the specified date, in this instance the draw will be conducted within 7 days of the sell out with draw date and information being announced via social media.
(c) The promoter reserves the right to extend a competition beyond the date stated by a further 7 days if the promoter deems it to add value to the competition. In such an event, this type of extension will not exceed a maximum of 4 times.
(d) In the event a competition does not meet the minimum required tickets sold. The winner may be offered a cash alternative of 75% of the overall value of entries.
3.4 Before entering any competition, entrants must ensure that by entering the competition, they are not in any way contravening any laws of their country of residence. The Promoter will not be liable in any way if an Entrant enters a competition unlawfully.
3.5 The competition is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding:
(a) The Promoter
(b) employees of the Promoter
(c) members of the immediate family or household of (a) above.
(d) anyone connected with the development, maintenance or operation of https://www.bullpencompetitions.com.
3.6 In the event of any dispute arising from the competition, its administration or its operation, the entrant and the promoter recognise and acknowledge that the competition, its administration or its operation are all governed by English Law and the Promoter and Entrant recognise and acknowledge that the County or High Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
3.7 By entering the competition, all entrants acknowledge that their payment for each entry and correct skill-based answer to enter the competition does not guarantee in any way that they will win the prize and that all winners are selected at random via our live draw method (4.).
3.8 By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with the promoter and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.9 You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:
(a) Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first class post to the promoter in (1.1)
(b) include your full name, your address, a contact telephone number and email address, your answer to the competition question.
(c) only one entry to each competition per postcard is allowed. All postal entries must be handwritten and bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries.
(d) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
4. The Winner
4.1 All entrants that successfully answer the competition skill-based question will be entered into the applicable competition draw.
4.2 A winner will be selected at random within 7 days of the competition’s closing date or 7 days of the competition selling out.
4.3 All successful entrants will have their name and ticket numbers entered into an excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be populated using the ticket numbers you received with your confirmed orders
4.4 The spreadsheet will be visible at all times during the live draw.
4.5 The winning entrant will be selected at random using Google random number generator live on facebook.
4.6 Anyone wishing to not have their name visible on the spreadsheet whilst the draw is live must contact bull@bullpeencompetitions.com with reasonable time before the prize draw occurs. Your entry(s) will still be valid however we will censor your name on the spreadsheet.
4.7 There will be only winner per competition unless otherwise stated.
4.8 The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
4.9 The winner will be contacted as soon as possible via the communication methods provided by the winner. Typically by telephone or email. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted and the prize has not been claimed within 21 days of the winner being announced. The promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random using the same method as the original draw.
4.10 The promoter must either publish or make available information that confirms that a valid award took place. To comply with the obligations the promoter will publish the full name and town of residence of prize winners on the website. By submitting your entries and completing the payment process you are agreeing to the terms.
4.11 If you object in any of the details in (4.10) being published or made available please contact bull@bullpencompetitions.com. In such circumstances, the promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
5. The Prize
5.1 The prize for each competition is described and stated on each individual skill-based competition on https://www.bullpencompetitions.com.
5.2 All prizes details stated on https://www.bullpencompetitions.com are to the best of the promoter’s knowledge, information and belief.
5.3 The promoter remains the owner of the prize offered until successful handover to the winner is complete.
5.4 All prizes are subject to availability. In the lack of availability of a prize the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize equal to or of greater value to the prize being offered.
5.5 The promoter does not imply or give any warranty for prizes issued, nor does the promoter accept returns.
5.6 The prize may at times be supplied by a third-party supplier.
6. Claiming the prize
6.1 The winner must personally claim their prize(s). The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf nor can it be gifted to another member.
6.2 It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to provide and maintain correct delivery details and contact information. The promotor will not be held liable or responsible for any unsuccessful or mis-delivered prizes as a direct result of incorrect information being submitted by the entrant.
6.3 In the event where a prize has been substituted for a cash alternative. Any cash prize will be transferred directly to the winners nominated bank account via BACS.
6.4 The promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize.
6.5 The winner agrees that on successful receipt of the prize that they are required to have a photo or video taken for promotional purposes and to confirm the validity of the award.
7. Data protection and publicity
7.1 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you at time of entry may be held and used only by the promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition or as otherwise stated in our privacy policy. 7.2 By entering the competition, you recognise that by the request of a third party, the promoter may disclose this information for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.
7.3 Please note that under data protection laws you are within your right and entitled to request that the Promoter dies not contact you and remove your details from its database. Should you make such a request you will be withdrawing from the competition as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you are the winner. In this situation, you will not be entitled to a refund of any entry into the competition.Should you wish to request the removal of this information from our database please contact bull@bullpencompetitions.com.
8. General
8.1 By answering the skill -based question and completing the payment process via https://www.bullpencompetitions.com, entrants are confirming they have read and acknowledge these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
8.1 The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version of our terms and conditions will always be available on the website.
8.2 If there is any reason to believe that any of these terms and conditions have been breached, the promoter may, at its discretion, reserve the right to disqualify you from the competition and exclude you from any future competitions.
8.3 The competitions on https://www.bullpencompetitions.com are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Apple or Google. By entering the skill-based competitions, Entrants agree that neither Facebook, Apple nor Google have any liability and are not responsible for the administration or promotion of the competitions.
8.4 All terms and conditions stated here in, shall be governed by English Law, and the partied submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8.5 It is recommended that you print a copy of these terms and conditions and retain them for your records.
9. Liability Limitation
9.1 As far as permitted by the law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is the caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agent s or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory Rights are not affected.
